Our parent company in the United Kingdom (nineteen years ago) and subsequently in Hong Kong (nine years ago), were established to offer professional building and construction services to commercial and domestic clients. We decided to use our ‘hands-on’ skills and many years of building, manufacturing, construction and engineering experience to assist, improve and refurbish properties which includes; apartments, town & village houses, villas & detached properties. We also specialise in the complete design and project management for schools, retail properties, restaurant and commercial/industrial unit sectors. After many years of working alongside companies such as Jones Lang Lasalle [UK], The Trocadero Piccadilly, Knight Frank plc, Haden, Lakeside/Bluewater Entertainment Complexes, O2 Centres in and around London and the Home Counties; we decided to adapt and offer our professional experience to domestic and commercial clientele in the United Kingdom, thus Professional Property Maintenance Ltd which was established in 1999. Over the next decade we expanded our commercial side of the business to design, renovate and deliver complete make-overs to International Restaurant groups within the United Kingdom and Hong Kong.
Having completed a considerable number of make-overs, refurbishments and renovations within the domestic and commercial environment; we know that we have the professional expertise to offer ‘our clients’ a ‘full one-stop property building service’ that includes all aspects of the building and construction trades along with landscaping and exterior project work. We are also pleased to able to offer a designated ‘Consultancy & Design Service’ to all our clients in Hong Kong, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates.
For nearly 20 years, we have established ourselves as a well-respected, trustworthy and ‘approachable building contracting company’ that employs only experienced and qualified tradesman. Our staff have been working with us for a considerable amount of time and have taken on-board our European work practices and ethics, professional cleanliness standards and expert construction techniques. We can offer recommendations, endorsements, and ‘before and after photographic portfolios’ of completed projects displaying specific methods of construction with up-to date state of the art ‘water-proofing methods’ for problematic concrete issues and leakages.

We also place a high emphasis on providing the necessary Public Liability Insurances and Employees Compensation Insurances for each specific project.
